Our political revolution is committed to advancing a progressive issue agenda that puts the needs of people and the planet first — not corporations.

Over the past three years, Our Revolution has helped to usher in 50 successful ballot initiatives that are improving the lives of working families — with new minimum wage laws from Maine to Kansas City, and expanded healthcare coverage in states such as Idaho, Utah, and Oregon. That’s not all.

We’ve helped to create cutting-edge policy, such as marijuana decriminalization, enact democratic reforms, such as citizen redistricting committees and ranked-choice voting, and push money out of politics, with the creation of public campaign financing. In Howard County, Maryland, we succeeded in passing a ballot measure that puts public financing into practice — candidates now can get matching funds from a county fund, once they raise enough small contributions and swear off large, deep-pocketed donors.

Since our inception, Our Revolution has supported forward-thinking ballot measures and legislation at the local, state, and national levels that have pushed the envelope of progressivism across the country. And we’re just getting started.
